CANCELLATION POLICY


Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for 100% refund.

In the event of cancellation of orders by mystea due to product unavailability or courier unserviceability, 100% of order amount will be refunded to buyer within 7 (seven) days of order cancellation date.

Courier companies make reasonable attempts to deliver the order. But in case an order is returned due to buyer not available to receive delivery, Mystea won’t be liable for cancellation of such orders.


REFUND POLICY


Refund requests may take up to 48 hours for approval.

All refund requests must be placed at www.mystea.in/refund

While placing a refund request, customer can opt for refund as Mystea credit or payment to source.

Refund as Mystea credit will be done instantly after approval. However, refund to source may take up to 7 (seven) days after approval of the request.

In the event of receipt of package in damaged condition, customer must inform Mystea within 24 hours of delivery along with damaged pack’s photos showing the damage.

In case of a quality issue with the product, the same must be intimated to Mystea within Seven days of delivery for the order to be eligible for refund.
